Pre-Orders: Products sold as pre-orders will ship out as close to the date specified when purchased as possible. Unforeseen circumstances may delay pre-order shipments, however customers will be notified if there are any anticipated delays.
In Stock Products: All standard domestic orders are shipped out within 2 business days via USPS. All standard international orders are shipped out within 2 business days via USPS or DHL.
Domestic Returns: Unworn, unwashed merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt. All hygienic liners must be intact and there must be no signs of wear. Please email hello@santosswim.com to request a return authorization. Please return in the same bikini drawstring bag (if applies) and poly mailer it was shipped it, by using the second adhesive strip. We reserve the right to refuse returns if there are any signs of wear. If your item is not approved for return due to signs of wear or missing hygienic liner, we will not be able to ship it back and you will forfeit the item.
Domestic Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed by store credit and may be applied to another purchase. Standard return policy above applies.
International Returns/Exchanges: At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for international sales. All sales are final.
Sale items: Sale items or items purchased using a discount code of 20% or greater cannot be refunded. These items may be returned for store credit unless marked as "Final Sale". All international sales are final.
Return Shipping: Please return in the same bikini drawstring bag (if applies) and we recommend returning in the same poly mailer it was shipped in, by using the second adhesive strip. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75 consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Yes, we ship internationally via DHL or USPS. Please note that Santos Swim is not responsible for any tax, import or customs fees. Customs delays are beyond our control and the buyer is responsible for any associated fees. All standard international orders are shipped out within 2 business days. At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for international sales. All sales are final.
Please allow 10 business days for the return and refund to be processed. We will email you and notify you once the refund has been issued.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If your item is not approved due to signs of wear or missing hygienic liner, we will not be able to ship it back and you will forfeit the item.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company and/or your bank, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted through them. If you’ve contacted them and they do not see it as pending/posting, please contact us at hello@santosswim.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Our polymailers are made from 100% recycled content and they can be reused using the dual adhesive strip. When it comes time to recycle them, they are classified as #4 plastic and should be recycled the same as plastic bags. For the longest life of your suits treat them with care. Avoid spills of oils and lotions, but clean using below guidelines:
DO's: hand wash cold, soak with a drop of mild soap, lay flat to dry in the shade.
DON'T's: do not wring, do not machine wash, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not iron
